KGL Logistics is a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company established on May 3, 2000. In December 2005, KGL Logistics capital was increased to KD 20 million.

KGL Logistics provides a full range of supply chain management services, including Warehousing and Distribution as well as Air, Ocean, Road Freight Forwarding, Stevedoring and Customs Clearance. The objectives are as follows:

	Establishment of all kinds of stores (refrigerated and drying stores), establishment of areas for storing goods, commodities, primary material and raw materials of all kinds including areas for storing cars (vehicles) and other heavy equipments
	Management, maintenance of stores and loss prevention control to safeguard the stock.Providing and producing wrapping, packing, collecting materials, commodities and goods to be marketed
	Leasing stores and managing stock for third parties
	Storage of all kinds of goods using deposit system under custom supervision inside or outside customs areas; conducting all activities to handle customs clearance
	Preparing store installations, vehicles and cranes required to arrange and mobilize goods inside the store zone. Establish and lease buildings required to operate company’s business
	Managing inactive, long-stored stock and all kinds of commodity stock inside and outside the State of Kuwait, organizing auctions to dispose such stock
	Conducting customs clearance and land, sea and air cargo, stevedoring, transportation, services, logistic management, distribution and packaging of all imported and exported kinds of goods
	Practicing all kind of e-commerce and supporting activities for company’s operations
	Establishing, preparing, managing, operating and maintaining all kinds of warehousing and free zone(s) with all its facilities in Kuwait and abroad on a BOT basis
	Performing IT functions including design of various IT systems for company’s operations
	Ownership or access rights for movable properties and real estate necessary to conduct operations within the permitted limits pursuant to law
	Achieving surplus profits for the company by investments in financial portfolio managed by a specialized company and entities
