KGL Logistics was awarded the Best Logistics Service Provider (3PL) Award during the 2nd Annual Middle East Logistics Awards (MELA 2007), held at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, in November 2007.The evening recognized stellar performers in the Middle East logistics industry in 24 air, sea, land and rail award categories. MELA rewards institutions, organizations and professionals for demonstrating leadership through best practices in the logistics industry in the region. For KGL Logistics this is a tremendous achievement in a very short period of time. Our management, our people and business partners have contributed towards this success as well as our customers who have the faith in us. KGL Logistics Company organized a Ramadan dinner (Ghabka) on the evening of the 26th of September 2007 at the Palms Beach Hotel and Resort. The dinner was attended by the company's shareholders, management and staff in addition to its major clientele and business partners. Dr. Mahdy Al Jazzaf, Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Dany Harfouche, member of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer of KGLL, thanked all attendees for their participation in the event and commended the efforts of all employees for their continuous hard work & dedication in supporting the Company's spectacular growth and accomplishments.

| Transport Logistics Munich 2007 |

This 11th International Trade Fair for Logistics, Telematics and Transport, which took place between 12 - 15 June 2007, attracted 47,000 trade visitors, 1,580 were exhibitors from 113 countries. 70% of the visitors were from Germany, noticeable rise in interest from the countries of east and southeastern Europe, and from the Middle East. Interest from the Middle East was limited to Free Zone / Cargo villages and airlines.
KGL Logistics was the only true full logistics provider from the Middle East. We were located in hall B5, booth number 331. Our both looked very good; we had posters of each of our services clearly visible Plasma screen played our video; the video contains a brief on all our services and actual footage of our Warehouse and Distribution facility / operations. The trade fair was great for KGL Logistics’ exposure. Overall the exhibition was a success; KGLL gained International exposure and met various industry players.

| Internship Program |

KGL As part of its community involvement and development initiative, KGL Logistics offered an internship program for university students from Kuwait University and Australian College (seniors) studying Supply Chain Management. There were 6 students enrolled in the program which lasted 10 weeks. At the end of the internship program, the students’ knowledge of the industry was tremendous and their enthusiasm to be part of the team at KGL-L was a pleasure to see.
The research paper submitted was detailed, very informative and done well; the girls were given an A+ by their college professor. The KGL Logistics team was very impressed by the girl’s dedication, hard work and ability. A small graduation ceremony was held and certificates were given to the students by Dr. Mahdy Al-Jazzaf, the Chairman and Managing Director in recognition of their outstanding effort. KGL Logistics will continue its endeavor to support such initiatives. Our doors are open to students and the community. We value enthusiasm and dedication.

| Opening of KGL Logistics Qatar |

KGL Logistics is pleased to announce the opening of its new branch in Doha, Qatar. We provide services like Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance and Warehouse and Distribution. Besides the current 5,000 sq meters of warehouse space already available, we are in the process of building another warehousing facility spread over an area of 18,000 square meters which will have the best technology and facilities this industry has to offer.
